We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates:

• Orders under $200 AUD: Shipping is calculated at checkout

• Orders over $200 AUD: Free standard shipping (Australia only)

Returns & Exchanges:

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We do not reimburse postage for returns or exchanges

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

International Orders:

• We ship internationally — rates are calculated at checkout

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing

Delivery Delays:
While we aim to ship promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.
