Change of Mind Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, full-priced items or items purchased using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit Gift Card or Exchange.
Please note: we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
To initiate a return, you may use our self-serve returns option at checkout or contact us directly.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of Chelsea Carter fulfilling your order. Returns requested outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.
All returned items must be in original condition and original packaging, including the resealable clear packaging and the Chelsea Carter mailer bag.
Chelsea Carter does not cover the cost of returning change-of-mind items.
If you choose your own courier, please note we are not responsible for parcels that are lost or do not arrive.
Once your parcel is received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and for your Store Credit Gift Card or Exchange to be issued.
Size Exchanges
If you need a different size and it is available on our website, you may initiate a size exchange through our self-serve returns option or by contacting us directly.
If the desired size is out of stock, we are unable to offer a size exchange. Instead, the item may be returned for a Store Credit Gift Card, as we do not offer refunds for wrong-size returns.

Chelsea Carter does not cover the cost of returning wrong-size items.

Faulty Items
Every Chelsea Carter item goes through thorough quality control, but in the rare case that you receive a faulty product, please contact us directly and include clear photos of the issue.
Faulty items can be returned for an exchange, full refund, or a Store Credit Gift Card (+10% value).
If the item is no longer available, we can issue a Store Credit Gift Card (+10%) or full refund once the faulty item is returned to us.
For faulty items, Chelsea Carter will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all transit costs.
All returning items must be in original condition and original packaging, including the resealable clear packaging and Chelsea Carter mailer bag.
Refunds can take up to two weeks depending on your bank’s processing times.
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your parcel for your refund, exchange, or Store Credit Gift Card to be issued.
Wrong Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us with photos so we can resolve this quickly.
Wrong items can be returned for an exchange, full refund, or Store Credit Gift Card.
If the correct item is out of stock, we will issue either a full refund or a Store Credit Gift Card once the wrong item is returned.
Chelsea Carter will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all transit costs for wrong-item returns.
All items must be returned in original condition and original packaging, including the resealable clear packaging and Chelsea Carter mailer bag.
Refunds may take up to two weeks to appear depending on banking institution processing.
Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of your return for completion.
Unclaimed Orders
If your order is marked as unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you.
Unclaimed orders can be re-shipped to the original delivery address, or refunded minus all shipping costs associated with the transit to and from your address.
Orders returned due to unpaid import duties may also be treated as unclaimed.
Ineligible for Return
The following cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited:

Items damaged due to misuse or not following garment care instructions

Items showing wear and tear from regular use

Hats, socks, and water bottles (hygiene reasons)
Chelsea Carter reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
